The history of the Kashimori Water Revitalaser is a long one spanning over three decades and involving visits to Japan, to Novosibirsk in the Soviet Union and Almaty, Kazakhstan (then USSR, too) and spending countless hours thinking, and testing through trial and error. The water revitalisation laser that got fruition out of this long journey, is what we call the Kashimori Water Revitalaser, and this is its story.
Before reading a single word further, please open your mind to possibilities that you might not have heard of, give leeway to the findings that the Russian Science Academy has made and please leave room for relaxed awe at what lasers are capable of.
The inventor of the Kashimori Water Revitalaser is Mr. Heikki Tammisalo, whose career spans dentistry in the Finnish army as a lieutenant colonel of medicine and in his private practise in Lahti, Finland. Mr. Tammisalo had early on read about the findings of using laser light in medicinal applications and he had successfully treated his own dental patients with laser light. Given the success on patients, he wondered if there were other applications to laser light.
Being the governor for the local Rotary club and with a lot of natural contacts abroad coming with the job, Mr. Tammisalo found himself soon visiting Almaty. Here in the home of the pure spring waters of the area, the local scientists were treating seeds with lasers and they were seeing remarkable growth in production, even up to 8% more. Studies later have demonstrated that low doses of He–Ne laser irradiation in fact enhance the germination process and altered the growth of seeds of cereal such as wheat.1Abdelghafar M. During the visit with the professors of the Russian Science Institute he also saw a haphazard laser pointed at a little creek. Asking his hosts what that specific laser was doing, they told him that it was treating the water. OK, lasers can also be used to treat water? Interesting!
What is water, then? We know the chemical formula H2O, but if clean water is H2O, then what is unsanitary water, if it isn’t the same?
The acclaimed Finnish physicist, Jaakko Kajamaa, Doctor of Technology, after hearing the findings so far, agreed to concentrate on the structure of water upon Mr. Tammisalo’s request in 1993. After arduous labor, Kajamaa was able to mathematically calculate the structure of water and published his findings in the Acta Polytechnica Scandinavica Applied Physics issue Ph195 in 1994.
